Pharmaceutics strive to become a centre of excellence in academia, research and drug development with the objective of developing novel drug delivery systems with cost effective for efficient medication compliance. The effectual programs of pharmaceutical product discovery and development are demonstrated by our faculty to the students. We offer a training environment which includes newer formulation laboratory instrumentation.

The department is well equipped for both teaching and research activities. These offerings are intended to endure the high entail for professionals with broad-based training in pharmaceutical sciences. It introduces Design, Development & evaluation of drugs in combination with an appropriate dosage form. The Department is actively involved in development of various novel drug delivery systems.

Student will complete the course with knowledge and skills applicable for a variety of practical settings in dosage form design, technology, regulatory aspects, patents, quality control and quality assurance. student learn dosage preparation and drug stability, and the relevance between drug delivery optimization and therapeutic outcome. We do tie up with leading pharmaceutical industry for pursuing the projects of our students.

The institute is having pharmaceutics labs including AC instrumentation lab and machine room. All labs are well equipped with sophisticated instruments including UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, multistation Franz diffusion cell assembly, Brookfield Viscometer, 12station Tablet Compression Machine, I disso Electro lab etc.
